KU ADC Administrative Core
Administrative Core
The Administrative Core oversees the operation of the University of Kansas Alzheimer's Disease Center (KU ADC). The KU ADC is one of the twenty-nine designated Alzheimer's Disease Centers in the United States sponsored by the National Institute of Aging (NIA).
The goals of the Administrative Core are to:
- Develop and oversee the KU ADC which supports, facilitates, and advances research on brain aging, mild cognitive impairment, and Alzheimer's disease and disease related disorders, and
- Expand the base of clinical, translational and basic science investigators conducting research on brain aging, mild cognitive impairment, and Alzheimer's disease and disease related disorders at the University of Kansas.
