Personal Interests: I am very passionate about encouraging others to be more physically active and make exercise a part of their daily lives. I am also interested in promoting healthy nutrition habits to reduce the effects and prevalence of long-term illnesses such as cardiovascular disease and Type II Diabetes, which are directly caused by poor nutrition choices throughout life.
