Priority Scheduling

Priority Facility Scheduling

  • Facility reservations will NOT be made for peak hours: Mon- Thurs: 3-7 pm, Fridays 3-6 pm
  • Intramural sports & Kirmayer programming takes priority over all other reservations
  • Racquetball & squash reservations can be made by calling 913-588-1532
  • All other facility reservations can be directed to Kyle Smith  - ksmith12@kumc.edu
