Take your training through a 6- week progressive, high intensity total body conditioning camp! You will receive individualized attention while feeling support from your other boot camp buddies!

You receive:

  • 2 fitness assessments (start & finish).
  • Weekly E- newsletters

Sign up at the Welcome Center at the Kirmayer Recreation Center! Payment is due at time of sign up. Members AND non-members may participate in boot camp!
